We would like to assure you that we will make every effort to ensure that your order is fulfilled promptly and that the shipping process is as seamless as possible.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be extended due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
Customized items: Please be aware that customized items may require additional processing time since they are manufactured upon request. By placing an order for a customized item on our website, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of this information.
Multiple items: Please note that some of our items may be shipped from multiple locations. By ordering multiple items from our site, you consent to receiving one or more packages.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Free Shipping times
For orders shipping to North America & South America, please allow 15 to 30 days for delivery.
For orders shipping to Oceania & Asia, please allow 15 to 25 days for delivery.
For orders shipping to Europe & Africa, please allow 15 to 25 days for delivery.
Some products may offer expedited shipping methods at checkout.
Expedited Shipping times
For orders shipping to North America & South America please allow 7 to 15 days for delivery.
For orders shipping to Oceania & Asia, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
For orders shipping to Europe & Africa, please allow 7 to 15 days for delivery.
Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to P.O. boxes.
SHIPPING METHODS & FEES
We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and secure manner.
We may use FedEx, UPS, DHL or other carriers depending on your location and the size of your order.
At the moment, we offer free shipping on all orders.
However, if you require expedited shipping and it is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will give you a quote.
Please keep in mind that requested expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Galileo Lights is not responsible for these charges if applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
LOCATIONS
Please be informed that our offices are located in the United States, while our factories are situated in China and Vietnam. As a result, your order may be shipped from either of these locations.
In situations where our US warehouses are depleted of stock, your package will be dispatched from our warehouses in China or Vietnam to the designated destination.
SHIPPING DELAYS
There may also be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems which are outside of our control.
Galileo Lights is not responsible for any courier delays. After your parcel has been dispatched from our facility, it becomes solely at the discretion of the courier company to ensure timely delivery of your order. This also applies to any expedited shipping.
Galileo Lights also cannot guarantee that any items ordered on our store will arrive by any deadline specified by the client.
If you haven’t received your order within 60 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@galileolights.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR ADDRESS CHANGES
We kindly request that you verify the accuracy of the shipping address when placing your order. We would like to highlight that any lost or misdelivered packages or expenses associated with an incorrectly provided address are not within our responsibility.
Additionally, we cannot guarantee that any address modification requests will be successfully implemented. If it is necessary to change the shipping address, additional charges may apply.
LOST, STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
We understand that lost or misdelivered packages can be frustrating, and we strive to provide the best possible customer service to resolve any issues. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle lost or misdelivered packages.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and file a claim if necessary.
MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or the carrier to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact us as soon as possible.
We do not offer refunds or reshipment for lost or misdelivered packages that were marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and provide any necessary information to assist with the claim. Please note that carrier policies and procedures vary, and we cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim.
